Punishing: Gray Raven, the visually stunning action-RPG from Kuro Games, is coming to global app stores later this year.
Already available in Japan and China, Punishing: Gray Raven is a post-apocalytic ARPG with slick anime visuals. It looks like a sort of sci-fi Genshin Impact, with the same console-quality cel-shaded visuals.
Firmly rooted in the sci-fi genre, Punishing: Gray Raven has nothing to do with reprimanding corvids. Instead, it takes place in a world brought low by a biomechanical virus that infects synthetic life and turns it against good old biological life, a bit like in the awesome Horizon: Zero Dawn.
Humanity has decamped to an alternative planet in this bleak universe, and you play as the leader of crack squad of special forces warriors attempting to reclaim their home planet from their teeming robotic nemeses.
Punishing: Gray Raven will be out this summer, so you don’t have long to wait. It’ll be up for pre-registration even sooner. We’ll let you know when that happens.
